Wanderlust

I have returned from my week-long adventure in Barcelona, cavorting about the place, making new friends, experiencing new places, dancing until my feet hurt, and then dancing some more!

I missed Barca so much, so overjoyed at the chance to go back. Primavera was nothing short of amazing, exceeded all expectations! The location was beautiful, down by the water, and the bands were unbelievable. My favourite would have to be Fleet Foxes and Warpaint, seeing them live was just trippy...

Highlights included

• Meeting Fleet Foxes,(eeeeeeeeee!!)
• seeing the audience storm the stage for Odd Future (they full-on trashed the stage, was like something out of Woodstock:D)
• Being in the city the night Barca won the Champions league and being crammed in a metro carriage with a hundred screaming fans celebrating (insane.)
• Having my picture taken on the final day of the festival by lots of photographers, including 3 fashion blogs, 2 spanish websites, Grazia france and Elle Finland. It all happened so fast and was very surreal indeed, but I just rolled with it :) im guessing what I was wearing just seemed to stand out with a good few style-spotters that day, crazy!

Just sorting through all the pics now (some need developing as I shoot alot with film) and unpacking so bear with me :)

Primavera!!!!

I've been coming dangerously close to wetting myself the past few days, as the excitement of Primavera Sound festival reaches its peak... Yes thats right folks, Im going to Primavera in Barcelona... in a week!!! Heading over there with the boy and meeting up with more friends over there.... with two days to soak up the beautiful paradise that is Barcelona (I tripped there last year and just knew I would be coming back) then three days of Primavera madness, two days to chill, and then home again...

OH GOD, IM SO PUMPED

I've never been to this festival before, but I've heard great things... For one, there's no camping (WIN!) as its in the city, down by the water... how magical :)

and the line-up is too sweet: Fleet Foxes, Caribou, Warpaint, Gold Panda, Animal Collective, Big Bi, Odd Future, Darkstar, Interpol, JamieXX, and more!

I cant wait to frolic in the sunshine and let my inner hippy free, she's been cooped-up all winter and needs to get her freak on for god's sake!
