21 year-old Miss Chicago Cheung Hei Man (Kelly Cheung) is the new Miss Chinese International2012. She won the title just hours ago during a glittering gala televised on Hong Kong network TVB. Runners-up were Miss Singapore and Miss Kuala Lumpur. A total of 28 women from Asia, Europe, and North America competed for the coveted title.
