The new Miss Prestige National 2012 is Miss Cerdagne-Roussillon Christelle Roca, 20, 1m77, and a professional flamenco dancer. She was crowned last night during a ceremony in Divonne-les-Bains from which the inimitable Mme Genvieve de Fontenay was absent.
